My mission, as healing and soul expansion facilitator, is to guide women to reconnect with their purest essence - that authentic soul which, somewhere between childhood and adulthood, became buried under layers of limiting beliefs, trapped emotions and old wounds (some of which aren't even ours, but inherited from the great-aunt we never knew).
I feel like I'm a bridge between the visible and the invisible - a kind of simultaneous translator of what the body, the heart and the subconscious have been trying to say for years, but which we, with our busy schedules and daily dramas, simply ignore. Through the Emotion Code®, the Body Code™ and the Belief Code®, I help you realise that your blockages don't define who you are. They're just milestones on the road that indicate you're ready to let go of what no longer serves you.
As a facilitator, I'm not here to heal you (that magic is all yours), but to guide you in this process of healing and expansion, helping you to open the doors that still remain closed.
My own healing journey wasn't (and isn't) linear - and perhaps that's why I can understand the people who come to me so well. It's been years of walking, stumbling, getting up and stumbling again. I've lost count of the times I've asked myself: "But when does life get easy?!" Until I realised that life isn't here to be easy (but it doesn't have to be difficult either) - it's here to remind us of who we are.
I believe that childhood is that fundamental period where everything disconnects us from our essence, so that later on we can make the return journey. It's as if the universe is telling us: "Go and get lost, I'll wait here until you remember the way back." This search, full of lights and shadows, is what awakened my soul to what I do today.
My awakening wasn't one of those with angelic choirs in the background. It was more like "wake up because you can't ignore it any more". I began to realise that we're not just humans with souls – we are divine souls living a human experience. And as soon as I understood that (or rather, felt it within me), everything changed.
In my process, I realised how panicked I felt about not having goals, not having a purpose. The idea of simply existing was terrifying! There was something very strong inside me that told me that if I didn't have a function, I didn't deserve to be here... I realised later that I was even holding my breath because I didn't want to be a nuisance, it was an aha... as the Spanish say....muy fuerte!
When I realised that I didn't have to have a purpose, that it was fine if I simply existed and that I had that right, that I wasn't here by chance, I freed myself and... I got to know the codes.
Not all of us are here for a mega special purpose or mission, but we are certainly here to live our best free and authentic life.
Today I see life in a totally different way. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, every pain brings a lesson, and every emotion that arises has an important message. And honestly? I don't always like these messages, I can be dramatic and spend a few hours intensely bitter about life (projector beauties). But I've learnt that resistance only prolongs the process.
The gifts I've discovered along the way - a keen intuition, the ability to sense what isn't being said and a facility to read what the other person needs – are tools that I bring to my sessions, helping each person to expand beyond what they imagined possible.
How Projector in Human Design (for those who don't know, a kind of spirit guide disguised as a normal person), I discovered that my role is to guide, not to chase. And the funniest thing? The clients that reach out to me are exactly those who are aligned with me. I had already experienced this rejection when I was genuinely trying to help and things went very wrong. When I got to know my Human Design.... everything made sense. I definitely stopped inviting/offering to help and everything started to flow.
It's like magic, really! When my energy is available, I meet a client who is totally aligned with me and who I can help in a profound way... it's beautiful✨
Projectors have a natural ability to see what others can't see in themselves – and that fits in perfectly with my work. If you're reading this and you feel something vibrating inside you, congratulations! You're part of the group of souls that the universe has brought to me. Another characteristic is that we can also read well when there's an opening to guide or not, so I know very well how to keep quiet when it's not the right time.
As a facilitator and projector, I'm not here to force transformations, but to gently guide you towards your own light.
My mission is not to heal you (the only superhero here is your essence). I'm here to guide you, support you and open the right doors for you. But it's up to you to take the step. I deeply believe that healing happens when we listen to the body, respect the soul's time and release the ties we've accumulated.
Sometimes healing is about letting go of an old belief. Other times, it's releasing a trapped emotion that's been hidden since childhood (or even before that!). And there are times when all you have to do is remember... I deserve to be happy - and that moves mountains.
What I've discovered along this journey is that we don't just free our emotions or beliefs - we free our souls to live in truth, love and authenticity.
And, to be honest, when someone tells me that they felt an enormous sense of lightness after a session, I feel like I'm fulfilling my mission.
Every woman who aligns herself with her essence, heals wounds and regains the sparkle in her eyes is another piece in the great cosmic jigsaw puzzle.
I know my mission doesn't end here, I've only just begun! There's a long and beautiful road ahead, full of new discoveries and other gifts that are still emerging (like communicating with plants....for real!).
The soul is infinite, and so are its missions.
I believe that by continuing to work on myself (something I do constantly, it's a necessity and a gift that I allow myself to give on a daily basis) and guiding other women, new doors will open - because, deep down, we are all guides and students at the same time and I learn a lot from those who cross my path.
