Individual Sessions - For Humans and Four-legged Beings

Return to yourself, align yourself and let go of what no longer serves you (nor belongs to you)!

The individual sessions are like that emotional and energetic detox that you didn't even know you needed, but after trying it, you wonder: "How did I live without this for so long?" 😅 Perfect for giving this method a whirl and experiencing its full potential first-hand. It's a safe, light space (with a pinch of humour, of course) full of love, where we work together to release emotional and physical blockages or beliefs that are holding back your natural radiance.

Adult Sessions - One Code at a Time (Relax, there's no rush!)

If you feel like you're carrying around an invisible bag of stones (full of other people's emotions and old dramas), it's time to let go. The adult sessions are designed for those who are ready to say enough! to everything that weighs you down, but calmly - one layer at a time!

How does it work?
During the session, we work with one of the three Codes (yes, one at a time - the subconscious doesn't like running marathons). Normally, we start with the Body Code™, that has a spectacular radar for finding imbalances. But if the body decides that there are trapped emotions or beliefs jumping the gun, we'll go in that direction. If a more stubborn belief comes up? You can always book another session and we'll treat it with the care it deserves.

🔑 Body Code - The starting point. We identify and balance misalignments, correct energetic points and cleanse whatever you need to feel lighter.
🌪️ Emotion Code - If trapped emotions appear during work, we release them on the spot. It's as simple as that.
💭 Belief Code - If a limiting belief comes up, we book a session dedicated to delving into this reprogramming. Beliefs like special attention!

What will you feel?

  • Emotional lightness (and less desire to roll your eyes at life).

💌 The sessions are online, from the comfort of your sofa (pyjamas included, of course). They can also be done remotely, while you get on with your life.

Sessions for Children and Teenagers - Little hearts, big emotions.

Kids also carry their own emotional burdens, and sometimes a monumental tantrum is just a stuck emotion asking to get out or some inherited thing. The sessions for children and teenagers are done in a gentle and fun way (because we don't want extra trauma, right?).

How does it work?

  • We work with the Body Code to release trapped emotions or correct energetic imbalances.
  • If there are limiting beliefs? Relax, we'll book another session just for that, always respecting the rhythm of your most precious blessing.
  • We always respect the age and sensitivity of each child.

What will you notice?

  • Calmer, happier and more tender children (and with fewer emotional outbursts in the middle of the supermarket).
  • Improvements in behaviour, at school and at home.
  • A more harmonious home environment - and maybe even a few extra nights' sleep for you.

💌 Online sessions with parental authorisation (or remotely, always without disturbing their routine).

Sessions for Animals - Because they too have their emotional drama.

Our four-legged friends are masters at absorbing our emotions (thank you, but there's was need for that!). Dogs, cats, horses, parrots - they all accumulate stress, trauma and blockages that can manifest themselves in strange behaviour or health problems.

How does it work?

  • We work with the Body Code to identify trapped emotions or energetic imbalances.
  • If a belief comes up? Don't worry, we'll book another session just for that (YES! Even pets can have beliefs... who knew? That's what you get for living with humans).
  • We adapt the session to each animal - whether it's more relaxed or a ball of nerves with paws.

What will you realise?

  • Reduction in aggressive or anxious behaviour.
  • Strengthened immune system, more energy but not of that nervous one.
  • A stronger bond between you and your pet - like a friendship from a Disney movie.

💌 Online sessions (no stress for the animal, which can continue its nap while we look after it from a distance).

How to book your session?

  1. Choose the session that resonates with you (or your pet).
  2. Book online.
  3. Relax and let the process flow (without any effort on your part).

If deeper beliefs or trapped emotions emerge during the session, we'll book a new session to go deeper and more calmly and you also have the option to choose the session packs, which is always cheaper if you need several sessions for the same topic. After all, the subconscious mind likes time to digest changes.
