emotions, feelings and perceptions

Have you ever wondered why, one day, a comment makes you laugh and, on a different day, the same comment brings you to tears?

Welcome to the fascinating world of emotions, feelings and perceptions - where everything seems like a mystery and, deep down, our brain is just trying to process life without short-circuiting.

Did you also know that.... every emotion has an energetic frequency?

Yes, indeed... We're not just talking about "vibes" in a figurative way. Emotions literally vibrate at different frequencies, influencing your energy, health and even the experiences you attract into your life.

If you've ever felt completely drained of energy after an argument or completely light like a feather after good news, then you've experienced it yourself!

Our Emotions are life's electrical impulses - they appear before you even think. They're those visceral reactions your body has, like being startled when someone calls you out of the blue or the instant joy at the sight of a cuddly puppy. They're like radio waves - they appear automatically and change your vibration instantly. They're your "internal alerts" that help you survive and interact with the world.

Characteristics of Emotions

Example of Emotions & Frequencies:

  • Shame (20 Hz) - the lowest energy of all, the one that makes you want to stick your head in the sand like an ostrich.
  • Fear (100 Hz) - keeps us alert, but if it's chronic, it traps us in the anxiety cycle.
  • Anger (150 Hz) - can be destructive, but can also be used to take action and change something.
  • Joy (540 Hz) - that vibration where everything seems to flow and you feel you're on the right track.
  • Enlightenment (700+ Hz) - the top of the scale, where absolute peace reigns (Buddha-like in full meditation).

Examples of Emotions in Real Life:

  • Fear at the sight of a car approaching too fast.
  • Spontaneous joy at finding money in his jacket pocket.
  • Immediate anger when someone interrupts you in the supermarket queue.

Summary: Emotions are like pop-ups - they appear without warning and demand attention! Emotions are not "temporary feelings" - they are waves of energy vibrating inside you.

Feelings: The Drama Begins Here...or Not. It depends on how you shape your energy

If emotions are impulsive, the initial "boom!", feelings are the prolonged echo of that vibration, in other words, the Mexican soap operas of our mind. They arise when the emotion settles in and you start to think about it.

In other words, while an is momentary, feeling is the story you create about it. You can have an emotion of fear that lasts a few minutes, but if you feed that fear with thoughts, it can turn into a prolonged feeling of insecurity.

Characteristics of Feelings:

Example of Feelings & Frequencies:

Examples of Feelings in Real Life:

  • After a big fright (emotion), you can develop a feeling of insecurity.
  • The joy of a compliment can generate a feeling of gratitude.
  • Anger at a disagreement can turn into resentment if you don't resolve the situation.

Summary: Feelings are emotions transformed into long-term energy. They are emotions that have passed through the court of the mind and come out with a sentence! You can choose to keep them or exchange them for something higher.

Perceptions: The Energetic Filter You Put on the World and How You See It Through Your Glasses

If emotions are automatic and feelings are processed, then perceptions are the filters through which you see reality. They are shaped by your past experiences, beliefs and emotions. Your perception of reality determines the frequency you constantly emit.

If you see the world as a place of opportunity, you vibrate at high frequencies such as gratitude and joy. If you see everything as a problem, you vibrate at lower frequencies, such as frustration or apathy.

Characteristics of Perceptions:

changing your perspective changes your reality.

Example of Perceptions & Energy:

  • If you wake up and say "today's going to be a bad day", guess what? Low vibes, energy sapped, everything seems worse and you have a s*** day.
  • If you decide to see every challenge as an opportunity for growth, what happens? Frequency goes up, everything seems lighter, you even laugh at that complication that has arisen at work.

Examples of Perceptions in Real Life:

  • Two people watch the same movie - one finds it exciting, the other boring.
  • If you're afraid of dogs, you might see a docile dog as a threat.
  • Someone with low self-esteem can interpret a compliment as irony.

Summary: Perceptions are the glasses through which you see the world - and they're not always well calibrated! Your perception is the lens with which you interpret the world - choose a filter that favours you!

Shame

20 Hz

It sucks out all the energy, feeling of uselessness.

Guilt

It weighs on the soul, creates self-judgement.

It keeps us on our toes, but paralyses us if it's constant.

Anger

Conclusions

Who's in Charge?

Now that you know the difference between emotions, feelings and perceptions, you can start to understand how they affect your day.

Emotions happen in the blink of an eye - you can't control them.
Feelings are the story you tell about emotion - you can transform them.
Perceptions filter the world around you - you can adjust them.

Moral of the story? You may not be in control of how you feel at the moment, but you do have the power to reinterpret what they mean to you, not least because each emotion brings with it a message for you.

How Can You Raise Your Vibration?

Knowing that everything is pure energy, you can use this knowledge to improve your life!

Become aware of your emotions. Let them flow without getting attached.
Change your feelings. You have the power to turn fear into courage, anger into motivation.
Adjust your perception. Choose to see the world in a way that raises your vibration.

Final lesson? If you feel you're at a low vibration, you always have the power to change it! Small gestures such as gratitude, laughter, contact with nature or a simple "thank you" can quickly raise your energy.

What was the most intense emotion you've ever felt? How did you realise it afterwards? How often do you feel it?

Now that you've realised that emotions have frequency and energy, you might be wondering: "OK, now what? How can I use this to change my life?"

The answer lies in the emotional release and reprogramming of the mind. If certain emotions are constantly lowering your vibration - such as fear, guilt or resentment - it means that there is emotional baggage trapped in the subconscious that needs to be released.

The Emotion Code® helps to identify and release trapped emotions that may be influencing your energy.
The Body Code™ goes beyond emotions and works directly on the body's energy blockages.
The Belief Code® allows you to reprogramme beliefs that prevent you from raising your vibration.

If you want release what no longer serves you
