Your time is precious, and so is mine. Each session is prepared with love and dedication, even before it begins. To guarantee a harmonious experience, I have established the following booking policies:
Refund policy: Payments made are final and non-refundable, which means no refunds are issued (not even nicely or with a sad emoji). If you can't take advantage of the scheduled session, you have the following options:
Change of Service: You can exchange it for another service of equal or lesser value. If the service is of lesser value, the difference is not refunded, but you earn karmic credit for your generosity!
Transfer of Session: You can offer the session to someone else, as long as they're willing to receive your gift (nobody likes unexpected surprises, right?).
I realise that unforeseen events happen. You can reschedule your session via the booking email, at least 24 hours in advance. The new date will be subject to availability, which you can check in the online calendar. Rescheduling in good time allows other clients to benefit from that time and spreads good energy in the universe!
Also remember that Code2Heal sessions can be done 100% remotely, so you can always choose that option when booking.
Paid Sessions: If you don't turn up for the scheduled session and it's paid for, I'll try to hold the session remotely (because energy doesn't need Wi-Fi to work!), as long as I have enough information from you. After the session, you'll receive the report by e-mail.
Unpaid sessions: If the session is not paid for 24 hours in advance and you do not turn up, the session will not take place and your place will be made available to the universe.
Impossibility of a Remote Session: If it is not possible to hold the session remotely due to a lack of information or energetic blockages (perhaps because your subconscious blocked the invitation!), and the session has been paid for, the amount will not be refunded. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Each session is a sacred space dedicated to your well-being. The energy work begins even before we meet, and your physical presence or conscious permission is fundamental for the transformation to take place. Respecting this process is an act of self-love and trust in your healing journey.
Remember: your growth depends on your willingness to show up (literally and energetically).
